Schumacher's son wins F4 race
There was a familiar sight for motorsport fans as a smiling Schumacher splashed champagne on the podium. Not Formula One legend Michael, who is still recovering from serious head injuries suffered in a 2013 skiing accident, but his teenage son Mick -- who impressed on his debut in the new F4 series. The 16-year-old was named best rookie for his heroics on the first day of racing at the Oschersleben track, between Hanover and Berlin and rounded off the weekend Sunday with a superb victory. Starting second on the grid, he took the lead and controlled the race from the front without making any mistakes. His victory followed a 12th place in the morning racing. "Of course, I'm over-joyed, my first weekend of racing couldn't have gone any better," Schumacher said. "All in all, I am completely happy over the start of the season and I am looking forward to the next race."
