Northern Kentucky set for move to Horizon League

That’s the tune Northern Kentucky will have come Monday when a university board votes to approve a conference move for all athletic teams, according to reports. The Norse began its Atlantic Sun conference schedule in the fall of 2012. The men’s basketball program was the NCAA Division II national runner-up in 1996 and 1997, while the women’s basketball team won the national championship in 2003 and 2008.
